Alice Ilene Denton Tucker, age 76, of Fordyce, Arkansas, passed away on Monday, January 19, 2026 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff.

She was born April 28, 1949 in Thornton, Arkansas, to the late Richard Hepert Denton and Mattie Josephine Martindale Denton.

She enjoyed reading, sewing and jigsaw puzzles.

Tucker is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ralph Howard Tucker; brothers, Dale Denton, Tony Denton and Glendal Denton; sisters, Wanda Stringfellow, Hershia Purifoy, Joann Baylor; sons, Edward Young and Allen Young; and daughter Allison Young.

Survivors include a son, Adam Young and his wife Courtney of New Edinburg; one granddaughter, Maleah Young of New Edinburg; two sisters, Judy Johnson and Sharon Primm; and a host of nieces and nephews.

A visitation was held Thursday, January 22nd, from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Benton Funeral Home in Fordyce. Funeral services followed at 2:00 p.m. in the Benton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev.
